Vaccination Documentation Uploads
Vaccinated Providence College students, faculty members, and staff members are asked to upload documentation of their COVID-19 vaccination status, after completing the initial course of an approved vaccine protocol (two doses in the case of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine).
