What is my network username and password?

Your network username and password is used to log into various resources available through the college.

For students, it is used to log into computers on campus, Sakai, and the PC-Secure wireless network.
For members of the faculty and staff, it is used to log into computers on campus, Sakai, the PC-Secure wireless network, and email.

If you need this password reset, you can call the Helpdesk at 401-865-4357 or visit us in Accinno 115.
Students can also visit the Library during normal library hours with a valid photo ID.

Visit http://internal.providence.edu and click on the Banner Password Reset link. Follow the instructions there.

Email

Call or visit the Helpdesk at 401-865-4357 or Accinno 115.
Students can also visit the TecHub in the Library with a photo ID Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm or Sunday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

If you are a student, call Enrollment Services at 401-865-1033.
If you are a member of the faculty or staff, call Human Resources at 401-865-2341.

If you are a student and need your alternate PIN to register for classes, you should contact your advisor or the chairperson of your department. If you cannot reach them, contact Enrollment Services at 401-865-1033.

Sakai

Your username and password for Sakai are the same as your network username and password. See "What is my network username and password?" above for more information.

PC-Secure

Your username and password for PC-Secure are the same as your network username and password. See "What is my network username and password?" above for more information.
