Available Services

Web Services provides basic & advanced web design & development assistance for all of the official on-campus college web presences. Requests for the following services are entered, tracked and processed using the ServiceNow IT tracking system.

  • Web Forms: Embed a web form on your site to collect information from visitors.

  • Departmental New Web Page/Site: Whether it's an entire site you require, or a single page for an event, we can help get things up and running for you.

  • Web Graphics and Callouts: Increase the visibility of your content and information by working with us to create powerful graphics and callouts that fit the look and feel of your site.

  • Professional or Project Blog: Do you have amazing content related to your work at PC that you'd like to share on a regular basis? If so, and you meet our blogging criteria, you can have your very own PC blog on our installation of WordPress - the gold standard in blogging! We'll create, setup and design your site, and then train you on how to use it. Have multiple contributors? No problem! WordPress can accommodate that.

  • Training Workshops: Whether you're looking to become a new web editor for your department's website (training workshop is required) or are a current web editor looking to brush-up on or add to your web-editing skills, we'll guide you along so you feel comfortable adding or editing website content, publishing pages, creating images, embedding multimedia and managing your site. See schedule of available workshops here

To get the process started, please use the ServiceNow system. Once your request has been received, it will be evaluated to determine acceptance, timeframe and resources the required to accomplish associated tasks. You will be contacted within 3-5 business days by our team. If your request has been approved, you will be given access to our project management site (for larger projects) and an indication as to when you can expect your request to be started and finished.
