​Dr. Robert J. Barry

( Ph.D. Boston College, 1996). He teaches and publishes in the areas of Fundamental Moral Theology and Historical Theology, with a specialization in the thought of Thomas Aquinas on the question of evil and hope.

Research

Dr. Barry's dissertation, written under Rev. Matthew Lamb, is entitled “From Metaphysical to Moral Evil: Thomas Aquinas’ Theory of Evil and Sin in the Disputed Questions De malo, Questions One to Three.”  Dr. Barry is currently at work on a monograph on Thomas Aquinas.
