​Fundraising Request Form

All Providence College fundraising activities must be proposed to the Office of Student Activities- Involvement-Leadership (S.A.I.L.) for approval and must follow established policy and procedures.  Please contact the S.A.I.L. Office, located in Slavin Room 106 for more information.

Requests are due to the S.A.I.L. Office  three weeks prior to start of fundraising activity.
