Inflatables & Novelties
Though they can be
used in some indoor spaces, inflatable amusements are most often used at
outdoor events. Many different suppliers from the area have worked with the
college in the past with inflatable rentals. It is important to find out in
advance if a vendor will supply a generator. If not, you will need to rent one.
A signed contract must be in place before any inflatables can be used.
As a reminder: Students are not permitted to sign contracts. They
must be signed by the Dean of Student Programming or Associate Directors of the
SAIL Office. All contracts must be processed at least two weeks in advance
of the event date. Additionally, a Certificate
of Insurance must be obtained from the contracted company when renting
inflatables, with minimum limits of one million dollars per incident. Please
