First-Year Student Residence Halls
Class of 2017 Female Options:
McVinney Hall
Standing ten-stories high, McVinney is the tallest residence hall on campus with spectacular views from the higher floors. Home to 252 first-year, female students,
the only housing option available is a double room. McVinney Hall is also open during breaks and holidays for approved students.

Meagher Hall
Open to female students of both freshman and sophomore class years,
Meagher Hall offers primarily triple housing options. Located on the West Campus Quad, Meagher is centrally located to the Slavin Center, Phillips Memorial Library, and the science buildings.

Raymond Hall
Raymond Hall houses approximately 190 female, first-year students.
Housing options include triples and a limited number of double rooms. The student dining hall is located on the first floor of the building, as is the post office and student mail room. The bathrooms in Raymond Hall were completely renovated in 2011.

Class of 2017 Male Options:
Aquinas Hall
Open to all upperclassman students and a select number of male, first-year students, Aquinas Hall is located at the helm of the West Campus Quad. Housing options are primarily triple rooms with a limited number of doubles. Aquinas is co-ed by wing with four wings of females and three wings of males. Featured on the first floor is a large, 24-hour study and recreation lounge open to all students.

Guzman Hall
Centrally located on West Campus, Guzman Hall is adjacent to Huxley Avenue and Accinno Hall. Home to 139 freshman male students, housing options include primarily triple rooms. The bathrooms in this building were also renovated in 2011. Guzman Hall is open during breaks and holidays for approved students.

McDermott Hall
McDermott Hall is open to first -year male students and is located on the West Campus Quad. It is the residence hall closest to the library and science buildings. Housing options include triples and quads.
