​Personal Training

The Providence College Personal Training Program is available to all students and CFC members. Our nationally certified personal trainers can provide you with the education and instruction you will need to reach your health and fitness goals. You can meet with a certified personal trainer, one-on-one or with a buddy, who will design and guide you through a personalized fitness regimen.  Each and every new personal training client must sign up for 3 sessions so we can prepare you to successfully set and reach your health and fitness goals.

  3 Sessions = $50
  5 Sessions = $75
10 Sessions = $140
Faculty/Staff Member:
   3 Sessions = $60
   5 Sessions = $90
10 Sessions = $175
Buddy Training:  No more than 3 people and must be the same people for the duration of the training package.  The initial session will consist of body composition and circumference measurements and individual goal setting. (10 sessions)
Non-student members:  $300
Student Members:  $220
Body Composition Testing:  $5.00
This method takes into account the individual's gender, height and weight.  Body fat using the SkinFold method is also available. 

Body composition is tested using the FUTREX-5500 which is scientifically validated and utilizes a unique, patented method of measuring percent of body fat.
