Meet the Team

​​​​​​Dr. Warmuth

Dr. Warmuth​ is from Grand Rapids, Michigan and is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Providence College.  She received her B.A. (2008) in psychology from the University of Michigan​ and her M.A. (2013) and Ph.D. (2015) ​​from the University of Notre Dame.  As a developmental psychologist, she is interested in how family interactions contribute to children’s social and emotional development.  In her spare time, Dr. Warmuth enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog and cat, going out to eat, and adventuring around Rhode Island.

Amanda Piechota '19

Amanda is a sophomore from Milford, CT majoring in psychology and minoring in theater.  After graduation she hopes to pursue fields of neuropsychology or positive psychology.  She has taken a huge interest in child development and is really looking forward to learning about her interests during this hands on experience!  Amanda also loves ballet and the Friars!

Amy Geller '19

Amy is a sophomore at Providence College and is from Westchester, NY.  She is a psychology major and political science minor.  In addition to pursuing her goals in psychology, she loves spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing tennis.  She is very excited to be a member of the Family & Development Lab team!

Erin Macomber '19

Erin Macomber is currently a sophomore at Providence College from Warren, Rhode Island.  She is a double major in psychology and marketing.  Erin is excited to be involved in this amazing opportunity because she loves working with and helping children.  She visions herself gaining more knowledge and experience in the field of psychology.  Erin has two sisters Lionelha, who is a senior at Providence College, and Mackenzie, who is a freshman at the Portsmouth Abbey School.

​Kelsie LaFerriere '17

Kelsie is a senior studying psychology here at Providence College.  Her favorite movie is Frozen, but her favorite princess is Sleeping Beauty.  She is extremely interested in child development, and plans on attending graduate school following her senior year.  Kelsie spent her past two summers working in an elementary school for students aged 3–7 who have autism.  She loves to sing and dance, and cannot wait to meet you!

Maggie Kleiman '19

Maggie is a sophomore psychology major at Providence College.  She is from Milton, Massachusetts.  Maggie loves being a psychology major, and hopes to work with children in the future.  In her free time, she loves traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Mallari Bosque '18

A junior at Providence College, Mallari is majoring in psychology.  She is from Chelsea, MA, but has fallen in love with Rhode Island and enjoys exploring Providence in her spare time. Mallari loves coffee, hard ice cream, and to meet new people!  Mallari would like to attend graduate school and continue studying developmental psychology.

Rebecca Alois '18

Rebecca is a junior at Providence College majoring in psychology.  She loves spending time with children and is excited to learn more about child development as a researcher at the Family & Development Lab!  Outside of her studies, Rebecca enjoys playing lacrosse, hiking with her dogs, baking, and spending time with her five siblings.  After PC, she hopes to attend a graduate program for developmental psychology.

Richard Gonzalez '18

Richard is from Boston, Massachusetts and is a junior at Providence College.  He is a biology major, and a member of the Board of Multicultural Student Affairs on campus.  He loves the water, and pretty much spends his whole summer paddle boarding, kayaking, white water rafting, etc.  After finishing his education at Providence College, Richard plans to attend PT school, receive his DPT, and become a physical therapist.

​Victoria McCutcheon '18

Victoria is a junior at Providence College from Long Island, NY.  She is a psychology major as well as the Treasurer of Gaelic Society on campus and she is thrilled to be a part of the Family & Development Lab team!  In addition to pursuing her goals to enter the field of clinical psychology, she loves playing volleyball, drinking coffee, and having lazy days with her American bulldog, Bailey.​

Zoe Pavoncello-Kelley '19

Zoe is from Cranston, RI.  She is studying psychology as a sophomore at Providence College.  Her favorite activities are hanging out with her friends, going on adventures, and watching Finding Dory.  Zoe spent the past 6 years working with children of all ages at summer camps, indoor parks, and the hospital.  She is very interested in studying child development and hopes to further her education and enter the medical field working in pediatrics and working as a developmental psychologist.
