One of the hardest things for most girls to adjust to is the weight lifting programs that most colleges have. Almost all schools have a strength and conditioning program, no matter what division.

The best advice I can give is to sign-up at your local gym (YMCA, Gold's Gym, etc.) Have a trainer on the first day show you how to do the lifting exercises.

If I just give you some, you run the risk of hurting yourself because you don't know how to do the lifts properly.

Make sure that you are doing chin-ups, pull-ups, squats, lateral raises, abdominal exercises, and push-ups. Besides that, have the trainer show you how to do a full body lift with free weights. Try to stay away from machines if possible.
