Sample Questions to Ask A Coach These are just some suggestions of different questions that you should be asking a coach when you go on an official or unofficial visit. They should help you to get a good idea about the school itself, the soccer program, the team, and the coaching staff. This should help you to decide if the school and the program is right for you. |

Questions About The School:
Some of these questions may sound weird, but they may play a role in your decision if that school is right for you or not. The size of the school always is important. Do you want a small school where you will recognize people or a big school where over half the campus will be filled with strangers? Does the fact that the school is public or private play a role in the amount of funding that the school or the athletic program has available to them? Why is the graduation rate important? It can lead into what would happen if you were injured and no longer able to play, or if you decided athletics just wasn't for you.
