Sample Player Resume

This is an example of a resume that could be sent to coaches. It would include all of your personal information and soccer information. This includes all the teams you have played for, any tournaments you participated in, any championships or awards you have won, and different camps that you have attended. This is for the coach to be able to see what level of tournaments you have been attending, what types of camps you have been to, and how your team has done in competition. It also gives them all of the contact information so that they will be able to get in touch with any of the different coaches that you have had along the way if they have any further questions about your playing capabilities or personality.
