| Rastas find celebration in
two types of ceremonies: A reasoning is somewhat of a
meeting. Rastas gather to hold discussions that typically concern
ideologies, philosophy, and theology, to name a few. In some
cases, marijuana is smoked at these ceremonies with the intention
of opening the mind for reasoning. Binghi or grounations
are simply holidays that are celebrated because of their relevance
to the Rastafari culture. Music and dancing is essential to
this type of celebration. |
