2017 Keynote Presenter: Marc Paulhus '84SCE

​​​Marc Paulhus has been president of Citizens Asset Finance, Citizens Bank's national equipment financing business, since 2008. He joined the company in 2003 as head of the newly formed Corporate Aircraft unit. He was named Asset Finance's national sales manager in 2005, leading the company's sales effort.

From 2014 to 2017 Paulhus, a native Rhode Islander, served as President of Citizens Bank Rhode Island.  While in this role, he was a member of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce's board of directors, vice-chairman of the Rhode Island Hospital Foundation's board of trustees, a board member of the Providence Performing Arts Center, a member of the Rhode Island Commodores - a group of business and civic leaders appointed by the governor - as well as a member of Providence College's President's Council. 

Paulhus currently serves as a member of Meeting Street's board of trustees and executive committee, and as a member of the board of directors for the Greater Chicago Food Depository, serving as chairman of its finance committee.

From 2013 to 2014, Paulhus was President of Charter One Bank and RBS Citizens Illinois, during which he was a member of the executive committee of the board of directors for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, as well as​​​ a member of the boards of trustees of the Adler Planetarium and Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago. He also served on the executive committee of the board of advisors for LISC Chicago. 

Prior to joining Citizens, Paulhus was head of syndication at PureMarkets Corporation and senior vice president at the CIT Group. He also served as regional credit manager for Fleet Credit Corporation and LB Credit Corporation.

Paulhus holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Providence College and an MBA in finance from the University of Rhode Island.​
