New Officers Elected to PC’s National Alumni Association
Three new officers and four new board members have been elected to Providence College’s National Alumni Association Board of Governors.
Michael Lynch `83, vice president;
Karen Monti-Flynn `80, secretary;
Charles Alagero `78, treasurer;
Tom Donovan `61, Class of 1923 – 1964 representative;
Mary Pat Caputo `78, Class of 1975 – 1980 representative;
Pamela Greene `90, Class of 1989 – 1993 representative;
Meredith Strokes Calcagni `04, Class of 2001 – 2004 representative.
In addition, Colleen Cronin Duffy ’83, who was elected vice president in 2010, now advances to the president’s seat. The newly elected board members will join those completing previously elected terms:
Rev. John S. Peterson, O.P. ’57, association chaplain, and Robert Ferreira ’83, assistant vice president for alumni relations, serve as ex-officio members for the board. The 2012-13 Executive Board and Board members will also be appointing at-large members at the first meeting scheduled for the fall.
