You may choose to join other prospective students and their families for a Group Information Session, which provides a comprehensive overview of academic and student life. Day Visits

The Providence College Day Visit Program, which is for high school seniors only, is a wonder way to experience a day with the Providence College community. During September through the first week in December, matched with current Providence College students, prospective students sit in on two classes, have the opportunity to interact with students and faculty, and enjoy lunch in one of our dining halls. During January, February, March, and April, the day visit program is limited to Providence College applicants only.

Space is limited each day, so please call for reservations at least two weeks in advance of the date you would like to visit. Please call 1–401–865–2535 or 1–800–721–6444 for more information regarding the availability of dates and to schedule a visit.

Personal Interviews

Providence College offers non-evaluative, informational interviews which will give students and families an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a member of the admission staff. Interviews offer students the opportunity to ask questions about all aspects of the Providence College experience and learn details about the review for admission.

Personal interviews are offered through November 13.

Appointments will only be taken over the phone and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call the Office of Admission at 1–401–865–2535 or 1–800–721–6444 to schedule an interview.

Personal interviews are not required to be considered for admission to Providence College. Students will not be at a disadvantage if they do not interview.

Group Information Sessions

Group Information Sessions are an opportunity for prospective students and their families to learn more about Providence College, academic and co-curricular life, as well as admission and financial aid policies. About an hour in length, visitors will have an opportunity to hear from a current Providence College student as well as a professional staff member.

To schedule a Group Information Session, please find the day listed that fits best with your schedule and call us at 1–401–865–2535 or 1–800–721–6444. Registration is required and sessions fill up quickly, so please do your best to call well in advance so that we can better be able to accommodate your schedule.
