	Dean Gemma received his M.B.A. from Providence College in 1977. He has taught several different management courses throughout his teaching career. Presently, Dean Gemma teaches Human Resources Management at PC. Dean Gemma has consulted with various local businesses on human resource management matters and readily brings his "real world" experience back to the classroom for the benefit of his students. Student academic advisement is an area of special interest for Dean Gemma.
