Providence College MBA Information Session for Working Adults

 

Providence, R.I. - On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, Providence College's School of Businsess will hold an information session designed to introduce college graduates to PC’s practice-based MBA Program and its elective concentrations in accountancy, finance, international business, management, marketing, and non-profit organizations.

Dr. Catherine Pastille, interim director of the MBA program, will provide an overview of the MBA curriculum, admission requirements, and the program’s flexible schedule and affordable tuition. Faculty and staff members also will be available to talk about PC’s full- and part-time study options, small classes, and unique, experiential learning and internship opportunities. Late afternoon and evening classes are offered.

An integral part of PC’s School of Business, the MBA Program provides students with a real-world focus through graduate-level business internships (for students without prior business experience) and an MBA Student Consulting Center through which students assist area businesses and nonprofits with organizational management and marketing challenges.

Registration is from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.The event will be held in Harkins Hall, LL12, Barnini Meeting Room.

The MBA Program application fee will be waived for attendees who apply at the information session.
