Providence College students putting faith and service to work during winter break

My Brother’s Keeper Urban Plunge - January 2013:

2013 Urban Plunge program, is a unique learning initiative offered through My Brother’s Keeper (MBK). A non-profit organization located in Easton, Mass., MBK delivers food and furniture to families in need.

Five Providence College students will participate in Urban Plunge, for the fourth year in a row, from January 9 – 12, 2013. Students from the University of Notre Dame and Stonehill College will also attend the program. In addition to delivering needed items, students attend prayer services, guest lectures, and group reflection.
