Online Discussions in Sakai

I would like to have online discussions.  How do I do that?

There are two discussions tools in Sakai. One is better for tracking student postings for grading or for using in an online course (Discussion Forums). The other is better for non-graded discussions or for setting a discussion where students must respond to the prompt before accessing classmates' postings (Forums).
