​Media Viewing

  • Need to watch a video assigned for your class?
Academic Media Services maintains a viewing room, Feinstein 310, where students and faculty can view VHS, DVD and CD programs.

Additionally, students and faculty can search for any of the College owned video programs, also located in Feinstein 310.  The collection can be searched via the Internet at http://library.uri.edu/search and under Library Collections choose Collection Type/Format and choose Films/Video/DVD's from the selections.

  • Can I rent out a video?
College owned video programs can only be loaned out by faculty members or placed “on reserve” for students to watch in the viewing room.

Hours for the viewing room:
Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
