The General Accounting Office is responsible for ensuring that the financial activities of the college are completely and accurately recorded.  The General Accounting staff oversees the month end and year end general ledger closings, reconciles all balance sheet accounts, and maintains accurate investment account records.  Questions regarding accounting transactions and journal entries should be directed to these individuals.

The General Accounting Office is located on the 4th floor of Harkins Hall.
