Transcript Request Information
Transcripts for current or former students may be ordered through mail, in person, E-mail (records@providence.edu), by fax (401-865-1899), or online through CyberFriar. Requests from E-mail must come from a recognizable E-mail address (this means the student's name must be part of the E-mail address). You must submit a Transcript Request Form with your request or a scanned document attached containing the information noted below and your signature. Due to the high volume of requests, there is a limit of five (5) transcripts per month. We do not accept telephone requests, nor do we E-mail or fax transcripts from this office.
TRANSCRIPTS ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
Transcripts will not be issued for students with "holds" on their records.

- Telephone Number
- Graduation Year
- Dates of Attendance

Current students may come to the Office of Enrollment Services, Harkins 310, to complete a transcript request form or order one through CyberFriar and make arrangements to return to pick up the transcript at a later time. A photo ID must be presented to pick up a transcript in person.
