The forms below are for use by Providence College only and do not imply acceptance into a specific program.  Once a student has been approved for study abroad by the Center for International Students, s/he must then apply individually to the specific program which they wish to attend.  With the exception of the Providence College Center for Theology and Religious Studies in Rome and the Danish Institute for Studies (DIS) programs, approval to study abroad from Providence College does not guarantee admittance to a study abroad program.
