Work closely w/students for academic & career advising, speaking, panels such as Family Day, Major/Minor Fair, Recruitment, Honors night, etc. Wrote Mission Statement, self-study documents, do yearly assessments, hire and supervise capstone faculty, alumni conduct surveys (22nd year directing program thus far)
