Class of 2009 impressive on several fronts
As one of the
largest incoming classes in College history with 1,067
students, the Class of 2009 carries an impressive
profile. It features the second-highest annual SAT
average in school history, reflects a more national
scope geographically, and is more diverse among all
students of color than its immediate predecessor. "This
class brings an awful lot to Providence College . . ."
said Christopher P. Lydon, associate vice president for
admission and enrollment planning.
