June 2​, 2017

Golden Friar Campus Transformation Tour 
2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
Departs from Concannon Circle
Tour the campus on a train of golf carts! We'll stop at the renovated Schneider Arena, the new Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium, the Smith Center for the Arts, and end at the Ruane Center for Humanities. The tour will conclude with a special viewing of The Promise of Providence, a film produced by PC alum and former Today show correspondent Mike Leonard ’70 & '00Hon. Space is limited..

Golden Friar Mass and Dinner 
5 p.m.
St. Dominic Chapel
Class photos and dinner to follow in the tent

Dominican priests will concelebrate Mass and welcome the Class of 1967 to the Golden Friar ranks. Official class photos and dinner under a beautifu​l tent near the chapel will follow. At the dinner, classmates ​Captain Robert F. DiPalma USN Retired, Thomas J. Gilligan and William John Kenneally will be presented with three of the prestigious National Alumni Association Awards for 2017.​  Please call 401.865.1909 for additional tickets. Dress code is a jacket for men and pants, skirt, or dress for women. ​
Cost: ​Up to two complimentary​​ tickets

Memorial at the Dominican Cemetery

The Dominican Community Cemetery
Our Dominican fathers played a special part in our days at PC. Please join us as we reflect and remember their lives and impact. Our gathering will culminate with a special dedication and memorial ceremony to honor Rev. John S. Peterson, O.P. ’57 and Rev. Adrian Dabash, O.P., M.F.A.

Reunion Barbecue
2– 6 p.m.
Class photos 3 – 4 p.m.
Slavin Lawn (Rain location: Peterson Recreation Center) 

Classic Trax will perform covers of your favorite songs through the decades while you reconnect with classmates and friends. A finger-licking barbecue dinner and cash bar will be available. The Kids Zone will buzz with activities and food for future Friars. Bring your blankets and chairs, and make this a relaxing and fun day for your whole family. 

Cost: $25 per person, $20 early bird rate. $10 for children under 12​

Dancing Through the Decades Centennial Event 
8 p.m. – Midnight
PC Campus 

Is d​isco your groove? Is the Electric Slide your jam? Do you want to do the Hustle? Can you teach us how to Dougie? No matter when you learned your moves, we'll all hit the dance floor together. Tavares, the Grammy award-winning band, will perform live, and a DJ will spin tunes from across the decades. Alumni from all classes are invited to this generation-spanning party, which marks the culmination of PC’s year-long centennial celebration.   
Cost: $25 per person, $20 early bird​

Close out a memorable weekend at Mass celebrated by College President Rev. Brian J. Shanley, O.P. ’80 with members of the Dominican community.​

Farewell Brunch

Tent at Aquinas Hall
Enjoy a delicious brunch, grab one last photo with friends, and share a few more memories before saying goodbye until next time​.
