STUDENT PROJECTS 1998   EARLY YEARS: Black Studies at
Providence
College

Program Assistants

Ndaya Kasanda and Jillian Rose,
Black Studies staff assistants

The Providence College Program in Black Studies promotes a Diasporan awareness in all its activities. Our courses emphasize undergraduate research, community service, and preparation for graduate study. Many of our students are learning to publish their research on the Internet -- from this page you can link to some of their work. All of these are educational projects researched, written and designed by students, and individual authors are solely responsible for all content.
