A Night in Friartown Multicultural Overnight

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Providence College Class of 2017! 

The Office of Admission invites you to A Night In Friartown Multicultural Overnight to experience what it is like to be a student on campus! The program will take place on Friday, April 12, 2013 and will provide you with an opportunity to:
 
  • Spend the night with a host student on campus
  • Attend classes
  • Meet faculty members
  • Learn about diverse academic offerings for students
  • Experience student life on campus


The program will begin at 8:30 AM on Friday, April 12 and will wrap up on Saturday, April 13 as members of your family are invited to join you for our Family Day Accepted Student Program. At Family Day, you will be able to learn more about academics, extra-curricular activities, residence life, advising, and other opportunities available to Providence College students.

Bus Transportation (CT, NY, NJ)

For accepted students from Northern New Jersey, New York City, and Greater New Haven, a chartered bus is offered free of charge to provide transportation for you to and from campus. Please indicate on the registration page if you are interested in using this service and we will send more details.

The stops for the bus on April 12 are:

  • 5:00 AM - Cristo Rey New York City
    112 E 106th Street, New York, NY
  • 5:30 AM - Cristo Rey Brooklyn
    2 Aberdeen Street #12, Brooklyn, NY
  • 7:15 AM - Amistad Academy
    22 Gold Street, New Haven, CT

Please note: The bus will provide a return trip at the conclusion of the program, and will depart from campus at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 13.
