OVERVIEW

This presentation is designed to provide participants with an introduction to the use of the Internet by professional accountants. The basics of connecting to and using the Internet and establishing an Internet presence will be discussed. Examples of accounting firms currently on the World Wide Web will be presented. A tour of various Internet sites will provide examples of how Internet resources could be used by accountants to deliver client service or perform management responsibilities more effectively and efficiently.
