Procedures

1. Before meeting with your advisor, you should attempt to obtain a copy of your degree audit sheet by logging into CyberFriar.  However, if you are unable or unfamiliar with how to do this, your advisor can also provide you with a degree audit sheet.
   • Schedule a meeting with your advisor to obtain your unique alternate PIN.  You will NOT be able to register via CyberFriar without your alternate PIN.  
   • Do not wait until just before registration to meet with your advisor as he or she may not be readily available.  
   • If you recently changed your major, file and alternate PIN  may be with your old department/undeclared advisor.

    

2. Register via the CyberFriar after the designated time for your graduating class.  

• Student-Athletes and students with documented disabilities will register (in person) will be allowed to register early on Monday, April 5th.
• Registration for each class begins at 7:00 a.m. on the following dates and remains active until the end of the adjustment period which ends on Monday, September 13, 2004.

• Class of '05 - Monday, April 19th
• Class of '06 - Wednesday, April 21st
• Class of '07 - Friday, April 23rd

3. Retain your alternate PIN for use during the adjustment period.  During the adjustment period, you will be able to make any changes necessary to your schedule

4. If you need to over-enroll in a course that is full, go to Koffler 115 and complete an Over-Enrollment Form.  These forms are then reviewed by the Chairperson at the close of the registration period.
