Even though it's been about a month since my last journal entry, not much has really changed. Much of the work I completed this summer was along the same lines as what I was exposed to in the first few weeks, tax returns and various smaller projects throughout the summer.

As the summer went on I did get to work on a few other projects such as the Auto Project and the Unclaimed Property Project. Basically for the Auto project, I just had to compile information regarding the different company car leases that Hasbro and its subsidiaries is responsible for. Much of this project will be completed by the fall intern as well as the staff here at Hasbro as the Auto project's year end is October 31.

The unclaimed property project is something I began working on over the last couple of weeks and basically is finding out which states we have to report unclaimed property to and what the different requirements are, again, this project will most likely be completed by the staff and the fall intern at the end of October.

Tomorrow (Friday the 16th) is my last day here at Hasbro, and while the summer has gone by quite fast, I have learned a lot. This summer has been a great learning experience and a great opportunity to see how what we learned in Professor Kelley's tax class (Acc 406 Taxes and Business Decisions) is applied to the corporate world. The people here have been great, I couldn't have asked for any more. Hopefully, I will be able to keep in touch with the staff here at Hasbro and possibly work with some of them again in the future.

Questions for Jim?
