Merit Scholarships Available
Scholarships are available for incoming theatre majors, based upon audition/interview.
- One Acting Scholarship, $1,000
- OneTechnical Scholarship, $1,000
Auditions/Interviews
Students planning to major in Theatre Arts are invited to audition.
Auditions are recommended but not required for acceptance into Providence College

Actor auditions -bring a resume and prepare a 2-3 minute monologue, no songs
-
Technicians anddesigners - bring resume and portfolio (if applicable)

Dance - 2-3 minute dance performance (no tap) with your music DVD
-
Film - Short video directed by student in DVD format (less than 8 minutes)
(not mandatory for film interview)
