Merit Scholarships Available
Scholarships are available for incoming theatre majors, based upon audition/interview.

One Acting Scholarship, $1,000

One Technical Scholarship, $1,000
Auditions/Interviews
Students planning to major in Theatre Arts are invited to audition.
Auditions are recommended but not required for acceptance into Providence College
-
Actor auditions - bring a resume and prepare a 2-3 minute monologue, no songs
-
Technicians and designers - bring resume and portfolio (if applicable)
-
Dance - 2-3 minute dance performance of your choice/with music DVD
-
Film - Short video directed by student in DVD format (less than 8 minutes)
(not mandatory for film interview)
