A report of sexual misconduct may be made to any one of the following persons/offices:

• Office of Safety and Security (401-865-2391 )

• A resident assistant, hall director, or a staff member in the Office of Residence Life                 (office: 401-865-2392 );

• Personal Counseling Center (401-865-2343 );

• Office of the Chaplain/Campus Ministry             (401-865-2216 );

• Student Health Center (401-865-2422 );

• A Sexual Assault Response Team (SART ) member

• Day One, The Sexual Assault Trauma Resource Center (401-421-4100 );

• City of Providence Police Department                (401-272-1111 );

• A college official (staff, administrator, or faculty).

When a student shares information about a sexual assault with a member of the Office of the Chaplain, the Personal Counseling Center, the Student Health Center, or the Sexual Assault Response Team, confidentiality will be protected to the extent permitted under the Clery Act .  It should be noted that a report to Safety and Security, Residence Life, a College official, and/or the Providence police is considered a formal report and will serve as a complaint to College authorities.
