Lost PC Cards should be reported IMMEDIATELY to the PC Card Office at 865-CARD.  The office is open 8:30 to 4:30 Monday thru Friday. Your card can be deactivated instantly, preventing the unauthorized use of your card.  You can also suspend your card 24 hours a day through the Online Card Office.  To reactivate your card you need to go to the PC Card Office during normal business hours.

Replacement Cards

Replacement cards can be issued from the PC Card Office during normal business hours. A new card can be produced in minutes and will have the same accounts and features as your original card. A lost card does not mean lost money, if it is reported promptly. There is a $20.00 fee to replace a lost PC Card

Temporary Cards

Temporary Cards enable you to use your accounts and privileges, while you try to locate the missing PC Card. A Temporary Card is good for up to five days and must be returned to the PC Card Office when your original PC Card is located or replaced. Temporary Cards cost $3.00.  Temporary Cards that are not returned cost $5.00.
