Providence College and the Rhode Island Department of Health require the following immunizations for all full-time day students:

• 1 Tetanus-Diptheria Booster within the past 10 years or Tdap
• 2 Measles Immunizations (Dose 1 must be on or after the first birthday and dose 2 must be at least one month after the 1st dose)
• 1 Mumps and 1 rubella immunization, both on or after the first birthday.
• Varicella Vaccine or proof of disease (chicken pox).
• Hepatitis B (3 doses)
• Tuberculin evaluation by physician.
• THE MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINATION IS HIGHLY RFECOMMENDED
