Welcome to the Bursar's Office!

The Bursar's office includes Student Accounts and Student Loans. The Student Accounts area is specifically responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, room and board charges, and other fees associated with enrollment at the college. The Student Loan area is responsible for administering the Federal Direct Loan & Federal Perkins Loan program.

HOUSING DEPOSITS NOW ONLINE!!

Payments for housing deposits can be made online through CyberFriar using electronic checks:

  • Once you are logged in to CyberFriar go to Student Services and then to Bursar ’s Office – NEW.
  • If you would like to authorize your Parent or Guardian to make payments and housing deposits go to Parent Pins and click on Add New. You will then need to create a login name for them and designate what email address the information should be sent to. They will then receive a link to the online payment application.
  • To make a housing deposit once in the online payment application:
    • From Your Account there will be an option to Click here to make a payment. If there is nothing under Your Account (either you do not have a balance or there is currently a credit on your account), you can click on Make Payment on the top of the screen.
    • From the payment screen select Housing Deposit; add it to your Shopping Cart and Checkout.
    • You will then be prompted to enter your checking information. A receipt will be emailed to you. You will need to print this receipt and bring it to Residence Life. If your Parent/Guardian is making the Deposit they will need to email you the receipt.

Student Accounts Office

Undergraduate Students

Bills are mailed from the Student Accounts Office in mid-July for the fall semester and mid-November for the spring semester.  Payments are due on or before August 15 and December 15, respectively.

Payments may be made by cash, check or money order. Checks should be made payable to Providence College. Payments can be mailed to:

A Monthly Payment Plan is available for families to budget and pay their educational expenses.  Please refer to the Undergraduate Day School Payment Policies for more information.

Student Loan Office

We are responsible for processing all Federal Student Loans which includes the Federal Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Loan (also known as a Stafford Loan), the Federal Direct Parent Plus Loan and the Federal Perkins Loan.
