Providence College Shuttle Loops

Automated transportation information is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week by calling x 2940.

Neighborhood Shuttle Loop

Designed to help students travel to and from campus and the neighborhood surrounding the College.

Sunday - Thursday

Friday - Saturday

6:00 PM through 1:00 AM

6:00 PM through 2:30 AM

Please note: The neighborhood shuttle will only operate within the local area and is not available to deviate from its route. If you need to get to a local business, community service site, or other address that falls outside of the standard loop, please consult the schedules on www.ripta.com for local listings. Sticking to the designated route will help provide consistent quality service to everyone.

Community Service Shuttle Loop

The SAIL Office, in collaboration with the Chaplain’s Office, offers a shuttle service to assist students in getting to their community service sites.  Preference is given to those students organized through Campus Ministry and the Feinstein Institute.  All other requests will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The shuttle runs Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-6:30pm and arrives to and departs from behind Raymond Hall. If you participate in community service as a co-curricular activity or academic requirement and you are seeking transportation to and/or from a service site during the shuttle’s operational hours, complete this form and submit it to Meghan Griffiths in the Chaplain’s Office. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate all requests.  A completed request form does not guarantee a seat on the shuttle.  Once your request form is received, you will be notified within 3 days via email as to your status.

 Monday - Friday

 1:00PM to 6:30 PM
