ALL CAPTAINS’ MEETINGS ARE MANDATORY! 

All meetings will be held at 6pm in the Concannon Fitness Center Meeting Room, which is located on the second floor, unless otherwise noted. All team representatives and officials must bring their PC ID to gain access to the CFC meeting room.  These meetings serve as an entry deadline for each sport. No rosters will be accepted after these dates. One representative from each team MUST be present at these meetings (not necessarily the captain). Rosters must be completely filled out and brought to the captains’ meetings with a $20 forfeiture fee (CASH only), which will be refunded at the end of the season if the team does not forfeit. Refunds must be picked up by the end of the academic semester in which the team played. They do not carry over from sport to sport or from year to year! Rosters forms can be picked up outside of the IAB office in the lower lobby of the Peterson Recreation Center OR may be printed from the intramural website.

  Note: There is no limit to the number of sports a person may participate in. However, playing for more than one team in any particular sport will result in a stiff penalty.
