The Division of Student Affairs at Providence College promotes the educational development of the student outside of the classroom. In addition to providing services that address students’ personal needs while attending college, these efforts include the social, cultural, and recreational resources which make for a complete college experience.
Kristine Goodwin has served as the Vice President for Student Affairs at Providence College since 2012.
Goodwin believes that her position in Student Affairs allows her to "integrate the in-class learning experience I loved, and still love, with experiences that complement education beyond classroom walls.” Under Goodwin's leadership, the Division of Student Affairs seeks to help students discern and prepare for who they ultimately want to be by seeking growth in four key areas known as The Friar Four (Student Affairs' Foundational Pillars). Students and parents can learn more about the Friar Four here.
