CleanScape, Inc., a local recycling company based out of South Providence, collects all cans and bottles and paper recycling twice a week. They also keep track of how much we are recycling, which gives us insight on where works needs to be done, what buildings recycle well, etc.
Following are the statistics from 2007 for the campus as a whole. If you would like to find out specific information about your building, please call the Recycling Program at 865-1881 and that information will be forwarded to you. Note the difference between the school year and summer months. The numbers are very low in August, but they increase significantly once the school year begins!
Afterward, please note our numbers for other recyclables on campus, such as overhead transparencies, floppy disks and printer cartridges!
