Fitness

Improve your overall health and wellbeing by engaging in regular physical activity and exercise at the Concannon Fitness Center. Take advantage of FREE group exercise classes, equipment orientations and other special programs. Certified Personal Trainers are available for a small fee.

M-F:  6 AM - MIDNIGHT
SATURDAY 9-MIDNIGHT

SUNDAY: 9-10 PM

TAYLOR NATATORIUM HOURS: 

M-TH:  10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.; 6-10 p.m.
Friday:  10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.; 6-8 p.m.
Sat/Sun:  1-4 p.m.
