• Business Etiquette Dinner Served
  Students in the Business Studies Program's Strategic Management course were advised on manners and professional behavior during a recent business etiquette dinner.  more

• Dr. MaryJane Lenon, associate professor of economics and department chair, was quoted in a story that was printed in the December 10 edition of The Bristol (Conn.) Press. The article, "Bleak months ahead, according to editors of 'Conn. Economy,'" was based on the latest issue of The Connecticut Economy: A University of Connecticut Quarterly Review, of which Lenon is co-editor.

• Preparations Under Way for 2010 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament

• There were 18 student inductees and one honorary inductee welcomed into the Providence College Eta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda during a recent induction ceremony. Alpha Sigma Lambda is the national honor society for continuing education students. The honorary inductee was Robert Vachon, coordinator of the Teacher Certification Program of the College's School of Continuing Education.
