Off-Campus Living

The Office of Off-Campus Living provides students with assistance in securing off-campus living accommodations and roommate selections.

The office lists available rental property in the area and monitors the status of minimum housing code inspections.

Assistance is available to students in all matters related to living off-campus, including landlord and roommate problems, and concerns with neighbors.

Information is available concerning leases, legal advice, and the appropriate channels through which students may gain redress in legitimate complaints. The Office of Off Campus Living also seeks to resolve neighborhood conflicts.

Students living off-campus should keep their personal information i.e. contacts, roommates, phone numbers, e-mail etc. current and up-to-date with the Office of Off-Campus Living.  Commuters need to register with our office each academic year.
