Friar student-athletes can take advantage of all services offered to the general student population as well as the following: individualized academic monitoring and certification of academic eligibility, N.C.A.A. CHAMPS/Life Skills Program, pre-registration assistance, and monitored study hall.

  • Student Athlete Handbook, 2008-2009:  The handbook contains Providence College  (PC) and Office of Academic Services (O.A.S.) support information for the PC intercollegiate student-athlete. 
  • Academic Eligibility Guide: This guide, which is also contained in the Student-Athlete Handbook, contains specific information on the requirements for student-athletes' continuing academic eligibility.  Please note: this document relates only to continuing academic eligibility; it does not describe initial eligibility rules, nor does it include any other N.C.A.A./Conference rules related to participation in intercollegiate athletics.
