Committee Charge

(1) Develop a systematic review process for usage, maintenance and enhancement of campus facilities and grounds; (2) create a master calendar of scheduled maintenance and renovations that impact the work of campus event planners; (3) develop recommendations for enhancing the efficiency of the College’s ancillary services and (4) explore cost-saving opportunities for event equipment.
