Provide guidance in scheduling system upgrades, implementation of new features, necessary maintenance outages, and design of user interface/layout.  Test new/beta versions to determine upgrade schedule. Recommend policies and procedures that facilitate management of ANGEL courses and community groups. Consider opportunities and challenges related to ANGEL integration (e.g. Banner, HELIN) with other campus systems.
