Susan Curran Culpo is a free lance violist. She is currently the assistant principal violist of the R.I. Philharmonic, a member of the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, as well as an extra player with the Boston Symphoy and Boston Pops Orchesrtas. She plays in the Metropolis String Quartet.  Susan received a Bachelor and Masters degree from Boston University ,studying with Bernard Kadinoff, Walter Trampler. Raphael Drurian and Eugene Lehner. She was a Tanglewood Fellow and is currently teaching at Providence College .
