H1N1 Flu Information

H1N1 Flu Clinics for PC Students, Faculty, and Staff, ages 18+

Tuesday, February 9
9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Slavin Center, '64 Hall

  • You MUST pre-register online at www.thewellcomp.com 
    • click Reigster Now (at right of screen)
    • select H1N1-College/University
    • Student Login: hprovcoll
    • Faculty/Staff Login: hpcfac
  • You must bring your medical insurance card with you to the clinic.
  • Please print/complete the appropriate consent form below and bring it with you.
  • There is no charge for students age 24 and younger.
  • Faculty and staff: all insurances accepted.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) joined with the Ad Council to launch a new nationwide Public Service Announcements (PSA) campaign called Together We Can All Fight the Flu that encourages Americans to get vaccinated against the 2009 H1N1 flu virus.
