H1N1 Flu Clinics for PC Students, Faculty, and Staff, ages 18+

You MUST pre-register online at www.thewellcomp.com

You must bring your medical insurance card with you to the clinic.
Please print/complete the appropriate consent form below and bring it with you.

There is no charge for students age 24 and younger.
Faculty and staff: all insurances accepted.

Students: If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please call ext. 2422 before visiting the Health Center.


	Contact the Student Health Center Bedford Hall 401-865-2422 Hours: M-F: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EMTs are available at ext. 2888 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. M-F and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and holidays when the Health Center is closed.
