Scholarly Interests:
My primary fields of study are Victorian literature and Modernist British literature. I'm also highly interested in twentieth-century drama, feminist literature, and the political and social implications of popular culture (ask me about Buffy the Vampire Slayer or The Exorcist!).  My current research focuses on the role of cathedral towns in the works of Charles Dickens and Anthony Trollope.
